As a Property Manager and Real Estate Agent with Horita Realty, Thomas Nicolas brings years of experience in property management, along with a professional background in association management. His diverse experience has provided him with a strong understanding of leasing, property operations, and owner and tenant relations.



Thomas is committed to providing reliable and personalized service to property owners while helping protect and maximize their real estate investments. He believes successful property management is built on communication, transparency, responsiveness, and trust, and he strives to maintain positive working relationships with both owners and tenants.

A graduate of Damien Memorial School, Thomas was born and raised on Oʻahu and values hard work, authenticity, and giving back to his community.

Outside of real estate, Thomas enjoys playing billiards and volleyball. He is also actively involved in the local volleyball community as a club coach for both boys and girls, where he enjoys mentoring young athletes and helping them grow both on and off the court.
