With nearly 25 years of real estate experience, Jennifer “Jenny” Guasch brings extensive knowledge of Hawaiʻi’s real estate market and a strong commitment to personalized service. Whether assisting clients with buying, selling, or property management, Jenny provides experienced guidance to help them make informed decisions.

As the spouse of a retired U.S. Navy servicemember, Jenny understands the unique needs and challenges military families may face when relocating and navigating the real estate process. She has earned the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designations.



Jenny is happy to be back home in Hawaiʻi after spending five years living in Spain and Italy during her husband’s government assignment. An avid traveler and self-described “professional tourist,” she enjoys exploring new cultures and destinations with her husband, Doey, and spending time with their beloved Mini Aussiedoodles, Tormi and Bremi. Her experiences abroad have broadened her perspective and strengthened her appreciation for the communities and people she serves.
