Gavin Kauina is a friendly and reliable maintenance dispatcher and photographer with Horita Realty. Known for his keen work ethic, willingness to learn, and pragmatic attitude, he is responsible for coordinating between tenants, owners, property managers, and vendors to ensure that repairs are handled in an efficient and highly effective manner. He takes pride in making sure those around him feel looked-after, with a deep sense of responsibility to people first.
Having graduated summa cum laude from Moanalua High School, Gavin is currently pursuing an A.S. in Information and Computer Science at Leeward Community College with plans of becoming a networking specialist.
Outside of work and school, you can likely find him in the middle of a photoshoot, or in the gym posing (literally and figuratively) as a wannabe bodybuilder. He also spends a lot of time in the kitchen testing different recipes, and in his studio (really just his bedroom) playing what he would describe as “a little bit of everything” on the guitar.
